These are the policies and conditions under which we make this web site available:
Cancellations
Where orders are cancelled before dispatch (usually within 24 hours of placement), we can offer a full refund. Where orders have been dispatched before being cancelled, the wine must be returned before a refund will be processed. The cost of transport will be deducted from the refund.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us by email. We are committed to responding immediately, but no longer than 48hrs.

Contacting You
We will only contact you when buy wine from us or give us specific permission. When you purchase wine from us, we will confirm your order and advise you when you order has been relayed to our warehouse for despatch. If you register with us, we will ask if you wish to receive occasional emails highlighting key events or new products.
Cookies
Te Mara does not use cookies on its web site.
Currencies
All prices are quoted in sterling (GBP) and include VAT, but exclude delivery charges. Payments in currencies other than sterling are not accepted.
Data Protection Act
We meet the conditions of the Data protection Act 1998 (DPA).
Delivery
Goods supplied through this web site are only available for delivery in the UK mainland. Delivery charges are calculated during the shopping cart checkout process and are based on the quantity of wine purchased.
Electronic Payment
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. All credit card payments are completed using the HSBC facilities on their site with no details being held on this site. Transaction between you and the HSBC site are encrypted. Credit card details are not divulged to us, and are only seen by the HSBC payment processing network.
Offensive or Inappropriate Content.
We reserve the right to remove any content posted to the blog where we deem that content to be inappropriate or offensive.
Personal Information
When you register on our site, we collect only relevant information about you that helps us contact you. If we do not hear from you for more than 15 months (sufficient time to span into the next vintage), we will delete your details.

Web shopping should be safe, simple and pleasurable, undertaken in the knowledge that your personal information is safe. Your privacy is important to us and information which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. Your information will not be sold or divulged to third parties without your prior consent. In the event that you find a fault with one of our wines, please contact us for a replacement. We will undertake to replace the faulty wine with the same or similar wine of at least equal value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on receipt, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement, or in certain circumstances, a refund.
