Te Mara Wines
In the vineyard, we keep the vines healthy and yields low to maximise flavours and ripeness. At harvest, the grapes are all hand picked to avoid damage, selecting only those bunches that meet the ripeness and quality criteria. In this way, we know only the best fruit goes into making Te Mara wine.
